Mobiles

There is a small cache of mobile radios and magnetic mount antennas. There are three types of magnet mount antennas available; small (~18") 1/4 wave dual band antennas, larger (~36") 1/2 wave antennas and the triband antennas for the Anytone AT-578UV.

Icom IC-208 Amateur Dual Band

There are three Icom IC-208 amateur radios in small yellow Pelican cases with cigarette lighter power cords. These are dual-band amateur-only radios but with a single receiver.

Powerwerx DB-750X

There are also three Powerwerx DB-750X dual band VHF/UHF ham/land mobile radios. The Powerwerx radios are mounted in a frame with a Powerwerx 30A power supply and handle on top. The Powerwerx power supply provides additional Powerpole outputs in the front of the unit. These radios are dual receiver FM and programmed with a large list of channels. They are locked down to the pre-programmed channels and can only be programmed with a cable and software.

Anytone AT-578UV

There are four Anytone AT-578UV DMR Triband ham/land mobile radios in black Pelican cases. The Anytone is a dual receiver FM and DMR radio that covers VHF High (2m) and UHF (70cm) ham and commercial frequencies. It also covers the 222MHz band with less than 10 watts. The Anytone radios are mounted in a frame with a Powerwerx 30A power supply and handle on top. The Powerwerx power supply provides additional Powerpole outputs in the front of the unit. There are five triband Comet SBB-224NMO mobile antennas on magnet mounts available for these radios.
